Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and 77bld ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 77bld website located at https://77bld.vip and all associated services, features, games, and betting markets offered by 77bld to users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all activities conducted through the 77bld platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, casino game play, sports betting, and any use of promotional features.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of 77bld, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 77bld platform. 77bld reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Account Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 77bld, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.

You must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account.
• Register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different contact details, are prohibited.
• Not be currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or a voluntary exclusion period on 77bld or any other 77bld-affiliated platform.
• Agree to and comply with all applicable provisions of these Terms, including the responsible gaming commitments set out in Section 9 below.

77bld reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in 77bld's request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension pending verification.

Registration prohibitions:

• You may not register using false, fabricated, or borrowed identity information. Accounts registered under a third party's identity details are invalid and will be suspended.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to operate your 77bld account, except in the case of an expressly approved power-of-attorney arrangement.
• You may not register if you are an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 77bld or any of its technology, game, or payment partners.
• You may not create an account for the purpose of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other form of exploiting platform promotions in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.

Promotions

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

77bld offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions.

• All bonuses are credited at 77bld's sole discretion. 77bld reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement (rollover). The rollover multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Bonuses may only be used once per eligible promotion period. Players may not claim the same promotional offer multiple times unless explicitly stated otherwise by 77bld.
• 77bld reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate any winnings derived from that bonus where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play or in violation of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game(s) designated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value without meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other active bonus balances unless specifically permitted by the promotion terms.

Players who believe a bonus has not been correctly applied to their account should contact 77bld support through the official email address [email protected]. Disputes regarding bonus application must be raised within 7 days of the date the bonus was expected to be credited.

Enforcement

Account Suspension and Termination

77bld reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time. The following are examples of circumstances that may give rise to account action.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, age policy violations, or payment fraud.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in 77bld's verification request.
• Evidence of account sharing, identity fraud, or use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion, account closure, or permanent exclusion submitted via [email protected].

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 77bld will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is terminated following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Balances not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet after deducting any amounts owed to 77bld.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bld's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows.

• 77bld is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors in third-party game software or sports data feeds, provided that 77bld has used reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.
• 77bld is not liable for any loss or damage caused by a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has not reported the compromise to 77bld promptly.
• 77bld does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary service unavailability, for which 77bld accepts no liability beyond crediting any verifiably affected in-progress bets.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77bld's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
